资源简介:
In healthy aging, centenarians are a successful model, exhibiting relatively low rates of various diseases and improved long-term health compared to older people. In the aging process, variation in the gut microbiome plays a key role, which is facilitated by the diet, genetics and lifestyle of older people. In this regard, the study of the gut microbiome / mycobiome of long-lived people may lead to an understanding of how, with increasing longevity, the gut microbiota adapts to changes and contributes to the maintenance of metabolic and immunological homeostasis of the body, as well as supports quality aging and increases the survival of the body.
