H23 cells were infected with a whole-genome shRNA library, treated with MEK and/or IGF1R inhibitors for 6 days. At the end of the treatment genomic DNA was extracted. PCR amplified and shRNAs inserts were quantified by NGS. Overall design: shRNA screen in one lung cancer cell line treated with MEK and/or IGF1R inhibitors for 6 days
