Assessment of insulin secretion and response in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus infection and the effects of antiviral treatments on beta cell function

The data used in the paper: "Assessment of insulin response in patients with HCV infection and antiviral treatments on beta cell function”.The data are related to the glycemic control measurements varied among cohorts representing the spectrum from IFG to T2DM. The index used for evaluation of insulin resistance and beta-cell function derived from oral glucose tolerance test were provided. Clinical characteristics of CHC patients before anti-HCV therapy were also included.
