This repository contains data and results from modeling and molecular dynamics simulations of alphavirus immunogenic peptides bound to MHC-I and MHC-II alleles. The data is organized into folders that include results from AlphaFold2 and ColabFold modeling, reference pMHC structures used in comparative analyses, and production trajectories and input structures from molecular dynamics simulations. A detailed README file is provided in the root directory.
