THE ROLE OF SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

This paper explores the scientific and theoretical foundations of the formation of professional qualities in the process of professional development. Professional qualities are considered as an important psychological factor in the formation and development of a specialist's personality. The study analyzes the role of social environment and interpersonal relationships in shaping professional qualities. Within the framework of personality-oriented, activity-based, and socio-psychological approaches, effective mechanisms for developing professional qualities are examined.
