Kentucky (KyFromAbove) Phase2 Multidirectional Hillshade

<p>Kentucky's statewide Phase 2 DEM rendered using a multi-directional hillshade function and hosted as a tile service suitable for use in web maps or scenes. The service uses Web Mercator (EPSG: 3857) coordinate system.
