The borate glass containing lithium atom has strong plasticity, high mechanical stability and fast ion migration characteristics. Therefore, it has great application potential in the field of solid electrolyte and battery cathode materials. Increasing AgI concentration improves room-temperature ionic conductivity but decreases the structural stability of the glass. 0.40Li2O·0.6B2O3 glass has better network structure connectivity and higher density, which can make up for the influence of AgI on the stability of the glass structure. Ag+ can form large ion vacancies in the network structure, which is more conducive to the transfer of Li+. It provides reference for the design and preparation of amorphous materials with better electrical conductivity. Neutron diffraction is an important method to analyze the structure of borate glass. By directly measuring the local structure of borate glass, it can give the interaction and coordination number information of M-O (M stands for metal ion), B-O, O-O, B-B and other atomic pairs in the short and medium range of borate glass microstructure.
