ORG.one project Brachyteles hypoxanthus (Primates, Atelidae)

Rapid sequencing of the critically endangered northern muriqui (Brachyteles hypoxanthus) as part of the ORG.one project https://org.one/oo . Sequencing was performed at Laboratorio de Genetica e Biodiversidade (LGBio) from Universidade Federal de Goias. Sample was obtained from an individual originally from Projeto Muriqui de Caratinga, Minas Gerais, rescued and transferred to Muriqui House by Muriqui Institute of Biodiversity (MIB) at the Ibiti Projeto - Lima Duarte, Minas Gerais. Researchers responsible for sample collection, data acquisition and study coordination are: Amanda A. de Melo Ximenes, Cíntia P. Targueta, Ramilla S. Braga Ferreira, Mikaelly Frasson Testa, Rhewter Nunes, Mariana P. C. Telles, Fabiano R. de Melo and Karen B. Strier.
