Demographic, genetic and physiological responses of montane water voles to landscape context and trapping-based control in heterogeneous agroecosystems

This dataset provides detailed information on Arvicola scherman (montane water vole) individuals captured in three apple orchards in Asturias between 2011 and 2013. For each specimen, data include the specimen code, population of origin, relative age class, sex, and body condition (BCI). (file data specimen). Additionally, a second file contains the allelic profiles for 12 microsatellite loci corresponding to the specimens analyzed during the same period (file micorsatellites). The dataset is complemented with land-use information, including the area of each land-use type within a 1 km radius around each surveyed apple orchard (file surfaces).
