Plants have evolved various strategies to respond to P limitation, which will affect soil C cycling. How lupine and maize with different P deficiency adaption ability and P acquisition strategies will influence rhizosphere microbial community structure, functions.In this study, we investigate the spatial patterns of C and P hydrolases activity and bacterial community using zymography and high-throughput sequencing in the rhizosphere soil of maize and lupine grown in low and high P condition.
