[Dataset] Supported, empowered, and proactive: A sequential pathway to adaptive performance

This dataset comprises survey responses from 216 employees of an Indonesian regional bank. The survey instruments capture employees’ perceptions of supportive leadership, psychological empowerment, proactive work behavior, and adaptive performance. In addition to the raw item-level responses, the repository includes the full set of measurement items used for these constructs and the outputs of the PLS-SEM analyses conducted with SmartPLS 4.1 (algorithm and bootstrapping results).
