Effects of nutrient and density on plant-soil feedbacks of co-occurring invasive and native plants

The dataset includes the composition of soil microbial communities in 72 samples in the soil conditioning phase and the biomass of plants in the feedback phase of 5 invasive Asteraceae plants and 4 co-occurring native plants in a common garden experiment. The data specifically includes RR indices, the detrended plant biomass in the feedback phase, and OTU tables of fungi and bacteria.
