Twitter PoS VCB (Twitter part-of-speech vote-constrained-bootstrapping)

This dataset contains approximately 1.5 million English tweets annotated with part-of-speech (POS) tags using an extended variant of Ritter's PTB tagset. The tweets were collected in 2012 and 2013, and were initially tagged with the GATE tagger, followed by joint annotation using both the CMU ARK tagger and Ritter's T-POS tagger. A tweet is included in the dataset only if the outputs of these two taggers are fully compatible across the entire length of the tweet.
