RNA-seq analysis of the effects of phytohormones on growth and astaxanthin accumulation in Haematococcus pluvialis

The data was extracted from the control group,the biomass optimized group and the astaxanthin optimized group which were treated with phytohormones of Haematococcus pluvialis. The data named GCX were Haematococcus pluvialis of green stage without phytohormone treated. The data named IX were Haematococcus pluvialis of green stage with 0.01mg/L IAA treated. The data named RCX were Haematococcus pluvialis of red stage without phytohormone treated. The data named MX were Haematococcus pluvialis of red stage with 0.1mg/L MeJA treated.
