We employed three historical hourly climate data of CRU-JAR, ERA5, and GLDAS, as well as future daily data of GFDL-ESM4 under 3 SSPs (Shared Socioeconomic Pathways) to produce a longtime global heat wave record dataset and investigate the spatiotemporal variation of global heat waves.
