People of Sikh religion tie turban as it is part of unique Sikh identity and also a sign of royalty. They tie turban for a long time usually from day to night, despite of any season. The turban tied tightly may usually put a compressive pressure over the head which can be responsible for the problem like headache. The objective of current study is to check the prevalence of headache in school/college going turban tying Sikh populace in Punjab. A cross-sectional study. Method and 50 school/college going individuals of age group between 18 years and 25 years participated in the study out of 138 individuals. Before filling up the questionnaire, the individuals were asked whether they wanted to participate in the study or not. The questionnaire was directed using a link shared in social media applications and the data was collected. Responses of each participant were analysed by using Google Form link. The responses for each question was calculated in percentage. The study concluded that the prevalence of headache in school/college going turban tying Sikh populace in Punjab is 46%.
