MAG Phylogenetic and gene trees for amo and nar

This dataset contains maximum likelihood phylogenetic trees constructed from metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and nitrogen cycling gene sequences. The MAG tree was constructed using GTDB-Tk with 53 archaeal markers (arc53 set). Gene trees were constructed using RAxML from curated alignments of AmoCAB, NarG, NarH, and other nitrogen cycle gene families. These trees support analyses presented in Kerbel tillage study, currently under submission.
