Incubation of rat liver with 6-ND - high-resolution LC-MS acquisition data of the supernatant as a function of time - Large-scale study of 6-ND metabolism. Available are the .mzML files of the LC-MS chromatograms and the batch of the peak processing procedure using the MzMine software, exported by the batch function of the software. The four files correspond to the four time points of the incubation, of 0 minutes (starting point), 5, 20 and 60 minutes. With these data, it is expected that researchers interested in the metabolism of this molecule will be able to replicate what was done in the 2025 FAPESP LFR report and even identify fragments that had not yet been identified at the time of this report. Incubação de fígado de rato com 6-ND - dados de aquisição de LC-MS de alta resolução do sobrenadante em função do tempo - Estudo em larga escala do metabolismo de 6-ND.
