Sequence and assembly of great-ape genomes including annotation and comparative analyses using long- and short-read sequencing modalities.

Target genomes include chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes, Clint (male)), orangutan (Pongo abelii, Susie (female)), CHM13 (Homo sapiens hydatidiform mole), and YRI (Homo sapiens, Yoruban female). Sequence and assembly of great-ape genomes including annotation and comparative analyses using long- and short-read sequencing modalities. The project will also compare and reannotate a previously published gorilla genome assembly (accessions: ERX1365589, ERX1365590,... ERX1365598).
