Fruits and Vegetables

We have collected all the image of fruits and vegetables from the local market at Talegaon, Maharashtra. All the images were captured from the Nikon digital DSLR camera. We have taken over five months to generate the datasets of fruits and vegetables. The images have collected on different days and condition. We, likewise done some operation, for example, cropping and resizing of the collected images. The dataset of fruits and vegetables consists twenty different categories Apple, Bitter melon, Brinjal, chilli, Cabbage, Fig, Khira, Kundru, Kiwi, Onion, Orange, Pepper Green, Pepper Red, Pomegranate, Tomato Green, Tomato Red, Sapodilla, Sponge Gourd, Strawberry, Watermelon.

我们从印度马哈拉施特拉邦塔利冈（Talegaon）的本地市场采集了全部果蔬图像。所有图像均由尼康（Nikon）数码单反相机（DSLR）拍摄完成。本数据集的构建工作耗时逾五个月，图像采集于不同日期与拍摄条件下。此外，我们还对采集得到的图像进行了裁剪与尺寸调整等预处理操作。该果蔬数据集共包含20个类别，分别为：苹果（Apple）、苦瓜（Bitter melon）、茄子（Brinjal）、辣椒（chilli）、卷心菜（Cabbage）、无花果（Fig）、黄瓜（Khira）、昆德鲁菜（Kundru）、猕猴桃（Kiwi）、洋葱（Onion）、橙子（Orange）、青辣椒（Pepper Green）、红辣椒（Pepper Red）、石榴（Pomegranate）、青番茄（Tomato Green）、红番茄（Tomato Red）、人心果（Sapodilla）、丝瓜（Sponge Gourd）、草莓（Strawberry）、西瓜（Watermelon）。
