Transcriptome analysis of Xenopus orofacial tissues deficient in retinoic acid receptor function

Xenopus laevis embryos were treated with a retinoic acid inhibitior during early orofacial development. The facial tissues were dissected, removing eye and brain tissue from the analysis.
