To identify direct targets of OsWRKY11, we performed DNA affinity purification sequencing (DAP-seq). The OsWRKY11-Halo protein and GFP-Halo were synthesized in vitro, and a genomic DNA library (200~800 bp) was derived from of Oryza sativa seedling. The SYZ samples were obtained by performing the DAP reaction of the OsWRKY11-Halo protein with the DNA library, while DDZ was obtained by DAP reaction of the GFP-Halo protein with the DNA library. GFP-Halo was used as a control.
