Three new HLA class I alleles were identified from French hematopoietic stem cell donors . For each ones, the typing by the PCR-SSO and PCR-SSP techniques did not make it possible to obtain a result or give an inconsistent one. We then carried out, for all of theme, the sequencing of exons 2, 3 and 4 using the mono-allelic sequencing technique (PROTRANS). In the three cases, change was located at exon 3.The first one is closer to HLA-A * 03: 01 with a change at codon 167 where G nucleotide is replaced by C: TGG become TGA, whereby the codon of tryptophan becomes a stop codon . The second is close to the HLA-A * 68: 01 with three separated nucleotides substitutions at codons 152, 156, and 158. In codon 152, T nucleotide is replaced by C: GTG becomess GCG which Induced an Alanine in place of Valine, codon 156 T nucleotide is replaced by C: TGG becomes CGG, therefore Tryptophan is changed by Arginine, and in codon 158 the nucleotide G is changed by T: GCC becomes GTC thus Alanine Is replaced by Valine.Finally, the third is similar to the HLA-C * 06: 04 with two neighbouring changes included in codon 163: ACG becomes CTG, resulting in Tryptophan is substituted by Leucine.
