This dataset consists of interview, questionnaire and observation data collected in five Finnish organizations. Data were collected in two research projects, TUNTO (Tunnetoimijuus organisaation muutoksessa) and TUNTO2 (Tunnetoimijuus strategian toteuttamisessa). Main themes included emotions and agency and they were studied in the context of organizational change and/or strategy implementation.
