Variable source zones controlling flow, water age, and nitrate export dynamics in a tile-drained lowland watershed [Dataset].
收藏资源简介:
Upper Embarras River Data Repository Overview This repository contains hydrometric, stable isotope, and nitrate concentration data collected from the Upper Embarras River (UER) watershed in Illinois, USA and described in the manuscript: “Variable source zones controlling flow, water age, and nitrate export dynamics in a tile-drained lowland watershed” by Miller et al. These datasets were used to drive and validate the flow–transport model described in the associated manuscript. All timestamps in these files are in Central Standard Time (CST). Included Files 15_minute_nitrate.xlsx – Raw 15-minute nitrate sensor data. Weekly_precipitation_isotopes_north_site.xlsx – Weekly precipitation isotopes from the northern (ISWS) site. Weekly_precipitation_isotopes_south_site.xlsx – Weekly precipitation isotopes from the southern site. Daily_precipitation_isotopes.xlsx – Gap-filled and downscaled daily precipitation isotopes with daily precipitation input. Daily_streamflow_isotopes.xlsx – Daily streamflow isotopes with corresponding streamflow flux. Daily_streamflow_nitrate.xlsx – Processed and calibrated daily nitrate concentrations with corresponding daily streamflow. Usage Notes - All timestamps are in Central Standard Time (CST).- Gap-filling and preprocessing procedures are detailed in the associated manuscript.
