In this study, we assessed the effect of PBS / Isotype vs. IL-1alpha / Isotype and PBS / aIL-6R vs. IL-1alpha / aIL-6R injection of mouse dams in the intestinal microbiota of neonates. Bacterial profiles of the small intestine, cecum, and colon were characterized through metagenomic sequencing.
