Spatial Transcriptomic and Histopathologic Correlates of Tumor Necrosis Factor Inhibitor Response in Ulcerative Colitis

Dataset summaryThis dataset contains GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) transcriptomic measurements from colonic biopsies of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) treated with tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors. Samples are categorized into responders (R) and non-responders (NR) according to clinical response criteria; where applicable, pre- and post-treatment timepoints are included in the metadata. The resource enables investigation of spatially resolved molecular features associated with anti-TNF treatment response and relapse/loss-of-response in UC. UC_01.reads_count_data.xlsx : Gene-by-segment count matrix (rows = genes, columns = segments/ROIs); entries are raw read counts from GeoMx DSP. UC_02.segments_meta_info.xlsx: segments-level metadata, including tissue compartment label (CK+ = crypt , CK- = lamina propria), de-identified patient ID, and segment identifiers. UC_03.segments_qc.xlsx: segment-level quality contol (QC) metrics for each segment. UC_04.patient_response_group.xlsx: patient-level response group labels (NR = non-responder, R = responder, HC = healty control)
