As a condition of the construction permit, environmental monitoring during the Site 1 Impoundment Project phase 1 construction is required. The contractor is required to keep construction activities under surveillance, management, and control to prevent impacts to migratory birds and their nests. Daily monitoring during construction activities shall be conducted during dawn and dusk, using the Daily Bird Monitoring Report.
