Quantitative mass imaging of single biological macromolecules

Data set for the manuscript of the same title. Contains raw data in the form of movie files (in the National Instruments .tdms file format) and extracted values used for generating the figures (generally .txt or .xlsx files). Explanatory notes on the arrangement of the data within these files are provided, also as .txt files. Where files end with '_sorted particles' these are tab-delimited files that can be opened and read as those with the .txt file extension.
