Reference quantitative phase microscopy images of spherical objects<br><br>These data serve as reference datasets for the analysis of spherical objects in quantitative phase imaging and are part of the tutorials one through three of the analysis software DryMass [1].<br><br><br>DHM_HL60_cells.zip:<br>Digital holograms of HL60 cells. Please refer to the readme.txt file inside the zip file for more information. The zip file also contains roi_slices.txt which holds the ROIs of all usable cells for analysis with DryMass.<br><br><br>QLSI_PAA_beads.zip:<br>Quantitative phase images of polyacrylamide beads. Please refer to the readme.txt file inside the zip file for more information.<br><br><br>QLSR_PAA_beads_modified.h5:<br>Modified bead images (from QLSI_PAA_beads.zip) to demonstrate background correction capabilities of DryMass.
