Deep Sea: Ocean Imaginaries, RMIT Gallery, Melbourne, Australia, 5th May - 1st July 2017.

The works developed for Deep Sea resulted from Mariele Neudecker's collaboration with scientists and explore the hidden, often contradictory, aspects of the deep ocean. Focusing on the theme of the sublime in a contemporary context Neudecker questions our perceptions of, relationship to and impact on this invisible world.This item contains an outline of the exhibition, an exhibtion poster, an exhibition view and a video.It documents the inclusion of Neudecker's dual video installation work, One More Time (2017) in Ocean Imaginaries at the RMIT Gallery, in Melbourne Australia in 2017. The exhibition featured the work of 20 international artists whose works explored perceptions of the ocean in a time of profound environmental change.
