Efficacy and Safety of Treatments for Multicentric Reticulohistiocytosis: An Evidence Based Review

Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis characterized by papulonodular cutaneous lesions and a rapidly progressive, symmetric erosive arthritis. There is currently no standardized treatment approach for MRH or approved therapies. This systematic review investigates evidence surrounding treatment outcomes for MRH.
