Gene expression profile at single cell level of brain metastasis-associated astrocytes

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the heterogeneity of astrocytes in brain metastasis Overall design: Astrocytes from naive brains and brains from intracranially injected mice with B16/f10-BrM cell line were enriched in the samples using anti-ACSA2 microbeads and analyzed using scRNAseq. UPDATE: [Jan-29-2026] The title of GSM7119480 was changed from 'Pool of 3 naive brains' to 'Pool of 3 B16/F10-BrM brains', and the title of GSM7119481 was changed from 'Pool of 3 B16/F10-BrM brains' to 'Pool of 3 naive brains'.
