Measurements of the six quantitative traits used to rank the aggressiveness level of the five Cercospora zeina isolates

This dataset includes latent period, infection efficiency, lesion size, disease severity and sporulation capacity measurements. Sporulation capacity was measured by the number of conidiophores per stomata and measurements were taken from 10 stomata within a lesion arranged into three rows. Therefore, all measurements were done from a total of 30 stomata per lesion. Disease severity was done using 0-6 scale with the scale of zero giving to no infection and scale of six to the most severe disease symptoms.

本数据集涵盖了潜伏期、感染效率、病变大小、疾病严重程度以及分生孢子形成能力等测量指标。分生孢子形成能力通过每个气孔中分生孢子梗的数量进行衡量，测量数据来源于每个病变内部排列成三行的10个气孔。因此，每个病变的测量均涉及总计30个气孔。疾病严重程度采用0-6分的评分标准，其中0分代表无感染，6分则对应最严重的疾病症状。
