ChIP-sequencing of H3.3-G34R and H3.3-WT HGG cells was performed for several histone marks to uncover differences on histone mark deposition related to the presence of H3.3-G34R mutation, using a Sleeping beauty derived genetically engenieered mouse model. We assessed the binding of H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K36me3 and H3K27me3 across the chromatin of H3.3-WT and H3.3-G34R cells from a HGG mouse model. We used three biological replicates for each group.
