Processed data for "Mapping the Biogeography of Documentary-Fire Gaps in Terrestrial Vertebrate Occurrence Data Across Brazilian Biomes"

This dataset contains processed data and supplementary materials supporting the manuscript “Mapping the Biogeography of Documentary-Fire Gaps in Terrestrial Vertebrate Occurrence Data Across Brazilian Biomes”. The files include cell-level fire-transformation metrics, documentary-pressure overlap classifications, taxonomic summaries, biome-level summaries, group x biome summaries, threshold tables, recent-fire sensitivity outputs for 2020–2025, temporal comparison summaries, and a supplementary workbook used to support the manuscript. Raw occurrence data are available through the GBIF DOI downloads cited in the manuscript. Raw burned-area, fire-frequency, and land-cover data are available from the MapBiomas public products cited in the manuscript. This repository provides only processed analytical outputs and does not include raw GBIF downloads or raw MapBiomas raster products.
