Large-scale medical SFT dataset with explicit chain-of-thought reasoning traces, covering a broad range of clinical and biomedical questions. Each example preserves the original models system prompt so that downstream training respects the intended persona and instruction style. Data fields include system prompt, question, options, answer, and responses. The dataset has only one training split with 1789998 examples.
