Myeloid Panel sequencing in patienst with myeloproliferative neoplasms

Myeloid panel sequencing for a patients diagnosed with JAK2V617F-mutated myeloproliferative neoplasm. Molecular diagnostics with next-generation sequencing was performed to search for additional mutations. The AmpliSeq myeloid panel (MiniSeq, Illumina) was used. The panel detects mutations in 40 genes (23 full genes and 17 hotspot genes), among which mutations occur most frequently in hematological malignancies.
