资源简介：
An online transcriptomic database for Japanese eel which integrated the annotations from the BLAST/nr, GO, Pfam, SignalP, tmHMM, and KEGG databases. Users can find the genes that they interested in by entering keywords through “Full-text search on Annotation tables”. Uploading sequences to the “Sequence Search/BLAST” section can blast against the transcriptomic database for discovering homologous genes.
