Dataset of AI-generated images from "Expertise elevates AI usage: experimental evidence comparing laypeople and professional artists"

This repository contains all the image data from the experiments described in "Expertise elevates AI usage: experimental evidence comparing laypeople and professional artists" by Thomas F. Eisenmann, Andres Karjus, Mar Canet Sola, Levin Brinkmann, Bramantyo Ibrahim Supriyatno, Iyad Rahwan. The code, computed results, and instructions on how to reproduce all the analyses using these images can be found here: https://github.com/andreskarjus/genAIexperiment The CSV file contains the metadata of the images.The ZIP file includes folders containing:- the images from the main human experiments- the additional images created from prompts in turn generated by GPT-4o- the random baseline images (see paper for details)- the stimuli or reference images used in all the experiments
