Nowadays, teaching and learning of Software Engineering (SE) content in higher education is increasingly conducted on learning management systems (LMSs) or in a hybrid format. In teaching, Bloom's taxonomy illustrates students' learning levels and classifies their knowledge of a subject. Furthermore, gamification has been shown to increase student activity and motivation in their learning, especially in working with LMSs. However, research on combining both concepts in one LMS for SE education is rather limited. This paper presents an LMS that integrates both concepts and evaluates the approach using SE students at the university. We aim to identify gamification elements that can be combined with Bloom's taxonomy to present students with gamification elements adapted to their learning level and individual motivational factors. The results of this paper are valuable to advance research and development of e-learning and to guide lecturers in SE education.
