本数据为智能动力单元突发故障测试数据集,测试地点为浙江大学机械工程学院,感知采集设备采用NI采集卡,测试了智能动力单元在健康状态、柱塞泵缸体配流面点蚀、轴肩磨损、柱塞堵塞工况下的转速、壳体振动、声压计、压力、电流等数据,该数据集对应考核指标表的“6:动力单元智能诊断和寿命预测系统”之“6.1 状态检测与诊断模块”与“6.2 故障诊断准确率”,且为后续故障诊断方法研究提供了依据和指导。数据量5.1Mb。
This is a sudden fault test dataset for intelligent power units. The tests were conducted at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University. A NI data acquisition card was used as the sensing and collection equipment. Data including rotational speed, housing vibration, sound pressure, pressure and current were collected from the intelligent power units under four operating conditions: healthy state, erosion on the port plate of the plunger pump cylinder block, shaft shoulder wear, and plunger clogging. This dataset corresponds to the "6.1 Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis Module" and "6.2 Fault Diagnosis Accuracy Rate" under the section "6: Intelligent Diagnosis and Life Prediction System for Power Units" in the assessment indicator table, and provides a basis and guidance for subsequent research on fault diagnosis methods. The total size of this dataset is 5.1 Mb.
