This dataset documents a rare and detailed case study of a tattoo procedure involving role-based humiliation and extreme physiological response. The subject, a 34-year-old married woman with a master's degree in education, works as an elementary school English teacher and also engages in part-time sex work within a BDSM context. The tattoo—a single Chinese character meaning “prostitute”—was applied to the mons pubis, a high-tension anatomical area requiring precise technique. The session involved pain-induced vocal reactions, involuntary expulsion of inserted objects (smart balls and anal plug), and high-pressure fluid discharge that temporarily interrupted the procedure. Despite this, the client insisted on completing the session.
