The purpose of this study is to evaluate gene expression differences between spleens of WT and IL13-/- mice treated with either IL-33 or PBS vehicle. In addition, RNA-seq will allow us to clearly decipher the isoforms of ST2 transcript. Overall design: RNA-seq analysis of spleens of 3- to 4-month-old WT and IL13-/- mice.
