Data on the development and application of quantum dot double immunochromatographic test strips in the discrimination detection of highly pathogenic and low pathogenic African swine fever virus antibodies.

We developed a novel quantum dots dual immunochromatography strip, with p54 and CD2v proteins serving as the capture antigens for the test 1 line and test 2 line, respectively. The strip employs quantum dots conjugated with Staphylococcus aureus protein A as the tracer for specific detection of African swine fever virus antibodies. During the development process, the conditions for establishing the quantum dots dual immunochromatography strip and the associated experimental data were systematically compiled into a dataset.

本研究开发了一种新型量子点（quantum dots）双免疫层析试纸条，分别以p54蛋白与CD2v蛋白作为检测线1与检测线2的捕获抗原。该试纸条采用结合了金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）蛋白A的量子点作为示踪物，用于特异性检测非洲猪瘟病毒（African swine fever virus）抗体。在研发过程中，本研究将该量子点双免疫层析试纸条的构建条件及相关实验数据系统性整理为数据集。
