Exosomes endogenous microRNAs (miRNAs) play critical roles in many biological processes.to obtain profiles of the miRNAs of exosomal and cell lysates in ovarian cancer cell lines. We used five ovarian cancer cell lines of different histological types and as a control is Ovarian Surface Epithelial Cell. Next, isolate the exosomes and extract the miRNAs. And then, to quality check and quantitation of miRNA and microarray to analyzed the exosomal and cell lysate miRNAs.
