This dataset integrates 15-year consecutive physical examination and medical data collected from multiple provinces and cities across China, covering over 100,000 individuals. It includes data on basic vital signs (e.g., height, blood pressure), laboratory tests (e.g., blood lipids, blood glucose, liver and kidney function), and imaging examinations (e.g., ultrasound, CT). By longitudinally tracking the health evolution trajectories of these individuals, it supports research such as long-term trend modeling and risk prediction of chronic diseases. It provides high-quality real-world evidence for the optimization of public health policies, precision health management, and the Healthy China Initiative.
