ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY IN PRIVATE CLINICS

This article analyzes the issues of improving management efficiency in private clinics from a scientific and practical perspective. In the course of the research, the impact of such areas as strategic planning, financial management, personnel policy, marketing activities and monitoring of service quality on efficiency in private medical institutions was studied. Based on management theories, the factors of rational use of resources in clinics, ensuring competitiveness and increasing patient satisfaction were systematically assessed. The article substantiates that the integration of classical and modern management approaches is an important condition for sustainable development in the activities of private clinics. Also, the professional competence of managers, innovative thinking and the level of use of information technologies are interpreted as the main criteria for management efficiency. The results of the study serve to develop practical recommendations aimed at forming an effective management system in private clinics and improving the quality of service.
