Pvalue tables for UMAP enrichments and differentially abundant genes

The tables in this file include the raw pvalues and fdr corrected pvalues for the manuscript <strong>Quantifying shared and unique gene content across 17 microbial ecosystems</strong>. <br> The files <br> AQUATIC_TERRESTRIAL_CONGENES_V2_SEQS_sigGenes_pval_fdr.txt <br> HUMAN-GUT_NON-HUMAN-GUT_CONGENES_SEQS_V2_sigGenes_pval_fdr.txt <br> GUT_ENV_CONGENES_SEQS_sigGenes_pval_fdr.txt <br> are tables of pvalues where columns indicate the two groups a differential abundance test was done between. The rows are each gene tested. Each file contains the genes that were prevalent in both aquatic and terrestrial microbiomes only, human gut and non human gut microbiomes only, or gut and environmental microbiomes only. Then differential abundance tests on these genes in a new set of samples were done comparing the ecologies in each column to confirm the prevalence results. <br> The files <br> taxa_enrichment_table_all_clusters.csv gene_enrichment_table_all_clusters.csv <br> are the results from testing wheter a given gene or taxa where enriched in any of the UMAP clusters.
