Building Southern Gulf Communities capacity to participte in NRM

This project will build individuals, groups and organisation’s capacity to participate in NRM across the Southern Gulf region. This will be achieved through increased community engagement and participation in NRM activities and building capacity, knowledge and skills to better manage natural resources.
More specifically, Southern Gulf Communities will be involve in in training and capacity building activities, working with schools and community groups on community NRM projects and events and Indigenous engagement and traditional knowledge recognition and recording. Existing Landcare, community and indigenous groups will be supported and new groups encouraged as part of this project.
